These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sharkjm.shop and your purchase of products from Sharkjm. By using the Website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

VAT Status: Sharkjm is not registered for UK VAT. UK VAT is not charged on orders delivered to the United States. Applicable US sales tax may be calculated at checkout where required.

2. Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we accept and confirm your order for fulfilment, at which point a binding contract is formed.

If payment has been captured but we are unable to accept or fulfil your order, we will cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method without undue delay.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

Products are out of stock or no longer available.
Pricing errors occur.
Your payment method is declined.
We suspect fraudulent activity or other unlawful conduct.

3. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) before any applicable US sales tax. Where required, sales tax is calculated and displayed before payment at checkout. Payment is authorised and charged when your order is placed or shortly afterwards.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, processed securely through our trusted payment gateways.

We strive to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate. If we identify an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we may contact you and ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, or we may cancel the affected order.

We will not charge a higher price without your express agreement. If the order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method without undue delay.

4. Delivery and Risk

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address. Title to products passes to you when we receive full payment.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. The 30-calendar-day return window begins on the date your order is delivered. You must submit your return request before this 30-day period expires, subject to the eligibility conditions and procedures set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
